this candle is a fully immersive experience and makes you feel as if you’re really on a road trip with bilbo, gandalf, and all thirteen dwarves. set in a modern au of sorts, all the bits and pieces of the packaging represent things you might collect on your journey. the label of the candle is part of your road map and highlights northeastern rhovanion…the playlist card that accompanies the candle is actually a post card from the carrock, showing views of the journey forward. the postcard features "handwritten" notes about all the favorite traveling songs of kili, thorin, and bilbo. and you’ll even find that the stickers used in packaging are fun nods to places visited: like a sticker commemorating “i survived midsummer’s eve in rivendell,” or a receipt from beorn’s honey hollow: farmstead and eatery.

this is a premium candle, collectable 12 oz candle with 60 to 80 hours of burn time. it is double-wicked and comes in a beautiful light blue jar. it even features a chunk of the arkenstone (crystal quartz) on top of it. the scent notes of this candle are cypress, mint, fir needle, cardamom, clove leaf, cedarwood, ozone, sage, and eucalyptus.
