why hasn't my mail club letter arrived yet?

the quick answer is that the USPS is slow (hence the name snail mail). if it hasn't been longer than four weeks from the shipping date (you will have received an email on the day it shipped) the letter isn't lost. it's just the USPS taking their time.

please don't message me unless it has been longer than four weeks for domestic mail or longer than six weeks for international. this clogs up my inbox and i can't do anything before that time has past, besides relaying the same information that is already on this page. :)

why are letters sent with stamps if that takes longer?

sending the mail club letters with stamps ensures you have a lower cost. sending the letter as a package would cost at least $5-6 just within the u.s. it would cost $15-20 for international packages. these costs would have to be added on to the monthly cost of the mail club and i don't want to do that to my customers. also the point of the mail club is to encourage slower paced living. it's all about the joy and surprise of letters showing up precisely when they mean to...
