how long will my order take to process?
please allow for a processing time of roughly 10-14 business days. if you ordered a pre-order item it will take between 4-6 weeks, but see the specific listing for those details. this does not include time off for the holidays; please allow extra time around the holidays.

how should i care for my apparel?
turn inside out and machine wash cold. use gentle cycle and mild detergent. do not bleach and do not iron on design. ideally air dry to preserve the design. can dry on low but this will not guarantee the design will keep for as long as it could.
how should i care for my glass?
what is the proper candle burning etiquette?
before each burn, make sure the wick is trimmed to 1/4 of an inch. burn candle for the first time all the way to the edge of jar to prevent tunneling. always keep an eye on the candle and keep it away from objects that could burn. burn for no longer than four hours at a time. my 4 oz candles are best used in a smaller room to optimize scent throw.
